About the event
Monday: Shell trinket dishes! Kids will choose a shell mold from our collection over which they will 'slump' their clay slab to create and paint their own shell dish to be fired in the kiln.
Tuesday: We'll paint our very own sea-themed night lights and learn how to apply a shiny overglaze to them before they go into the kiln.
Wednesday: Wednesday is WHEEL day! We will learn how to use the pottery wheel to make wavy clay holders for the sea collection we have built.
Thursday: We will paint and seal our wheel creations and fill them with our sea collection.
Friday: Stop by between 11AM and 8PM to have your polaroid taken with all your creations and take your masterpieces home!
